1. How long does it take for delivery: if your item and the quantity ordered is available in stock, delivery time depends on shipping method you choose. If the item ordered is not available in stock, it may take 2-4 weeks for delivery. The item will be ordered from the Holy land, then will be shipped to you. Your shipping charges wil be the same according to shipping method you choose.
2. How will I know if the item is available or not: when you order any item, if the quantity ordered is available, you will not get any message, however; if the item or the quantity ordered is not available, you will get a message explaining that. You are encouraged to contact us by e-mail or by phone to inquire about your order.
3. Is the item ordered identical to the one seen online: these are hand made items that are made from the olivewood. Each piece of the olivewood is different than the other, and this makes each item unique. The item will be very much the same as you see online, with some differences in the grains of the wood sometimes.
4 What if I receive a damaged item by mail: these items are wooden items, some of them are very sturdy and some of them are delicate. We pack any order with utmost care that it will be delivered safe. However; if you receive a defective or damaged item, you can return it back and you will be shipped another item upon receipt of your damaged item. You are required to do so within 48 hour after you receive your package.
5. Can I order an item that is not listed online: yes you can. Simply provide all the necessary info regarding this item, and a picture if available, and then contact us.
